Dr. Rachel Goldin
Dr. Goldin specializes in comprehensive assessment and treatment for children, adolescents, and young adults presenting with a range of developmental, learning, and mental health challenges. She conducts neuropsychological testing and developmental evaluations to clarify diagnoses, understand neurocognitive profiles, and guide individualized recommendations. Her clinical focus includes using evidence-based approaches to support meaningful growth across home, school, and community settings.
She is licensed in Massachusetts and Rhode Island and values a collaborative, family-centered approach. She enjoys partnering closely with families to develop a holistic understanding of their loved ones, ensuring recommendations are practical, coordinated, and supportive across environments.
Dr. Goldin also serves as a staff psychologist at Massachusetts General Hospital and as an instructor at Harvard Medical School, where she integrates clinical care, teaching, and research to advance high-quality, compassionate services for youth and young adults.

Kelly Gill
Kelly earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland and a Master’s degree in Education. She began her career as a kindergarten and first grade teacher, where she developed a strong foundation in early childhood learning and gained experience supporting students with special education needs.
Kelly now works as a Practice Assistant, where she uses her background in education to help support families and ensure the practice runs smoothly. Her experience in the classroom gives her a unique perspective on children’s learning and the importance of clear communication with parents.
Outside of work, Kelly is a mom of three and understands firsthand the joys and challenges of raising young children.
